STARTLINE is built for real people running real campaigns. Every organizer must verify their identity with Stripe before accepting donations, and every donation is processed through Stripe with industry-standard PCI-DSS protection.
Identity verification
Organizers complete Stripe's KYC (Know Your Customer) onboarding — name, address, government ID, and bank account — before their campaign can go live. This is the same verification used by GoFundMe, Kickstarter, and Patreon.
Reporting a campaign
If a campaign looks fraudulent, misleading, or harmful, email us at contactstarlineusa@gmail.com. We review every report within 48 hours and can freeze payouts and refund donors while investigating.
Refunds
Donors can request a refund by contacting the campaign organizer directly, or by opening a dispute with their card issuer. Refunds are honored through Stripe and reflected in real time on the campaign page.
