Acceptance
By using STARTLINE you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and launch a campaign.
Acceptable use
You may not use STARTLINE for anything illegal, deceptive, harmful, or that infringes on someone else's rights. Campaigns that raise money for weapons, hate groups, adult content, or gambling are not permitted.
Fees
STARTLINE charges a 5% platform fee on each donation. Stripe charges their own processing fee separately (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). Fees are disclosed before checkout.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
